My husband & I were very inspired by the "Antonio Tx" on HGTV for Mario Lopez's boxing garage. I would like to do the same for him but ..what should I start him out with as far as punching bags or those "get started sets"? He's 5'6 and 150 lbs or so. Help! His b-day is next week!

No, it is reccomended that you still use bag gloves as the gel wraps are just that, wraps, with gel added to offer better shock dispersion.

This ball is definately NOT for striking. It is meant to practice head movement and coordination. I would say it doesn't weigh more than 10 lbs.
