heavy bag gloves?
hello , i had just started training with a heavy bag. my gloves must suck because i have blisters on the knukle of my middle finger where my finger meets my hand. can someone out there recommend a set of gloves that will prevent this. or am i leaving out something. i seen these wraps but i thought they were for wrist support. thank you in advance for any answers. this info will be for me and my 14 yr old daughter, she asked for the heavy bag for training as she is in tae kwon do [3rd degree orange belt] and wants to work on her striking! thanks again

Yes you are. Hand wraps are a must. Learning how to wrap your hands is just as important as well. No equipment will work if it is not used properly. This will protect your knuckles and prevent any further injury to your hands. Aslo make sure you are using a 16 oz. glove and get your daughter a 12 oz. glove. Do not purchase the slip-on gloves. They are difficult to put on and offer minimal protection. Someone at your daughters school should be able to show you how to wrap your hands. Good Luck
