No, it is reccomended that you still use bag gloves as the gel wraps are just that, wraps, with gel added to offer better shock dispersion.

This ball is definately NOT for striking. It is meant to practice head movement and coordination. I would say it doesn't weigh more than 10 lbs.

This ball is definately NOT for striking. It is meant to practice head movement and coordination. I would say it doesn't weigh more than 10 lbs.
