what can i use

well i am 5/9 ft and i did martial arts for 8 years and i was wondering what i can do to lower my weight. also i weight 350-400 i think i could be wrong so if anyone there came help me

Hi betho. I'm not a dietary expert or physician, but I am a martial artist so perhaps I can offer an opinion for your consideration.

The key 'secret' is regulating diet and getting regular exercise. A lot of times people think of exercise as running and weight lifting, but it isn't just those two things. There are a lot of ways you can 'trick' yourself into exercising by doing things that are fun or interesting.

A 15-20 regiment on the heavy bag 3-4 times a week would be a great start. In addition, since you are a martial artist, I highly recommend you incorporate kata training a couple of times a week. Kata can challenge you muscles and keep you body guessing.

In addition, I utilize a book called 'The Okinawa Program' to improve the quality of my diet. It isn't really a diet plan like weight watchers or anything like that. It's more of an explanation as to how the Okinawans became the longest lived people on the planet, and how you can integrate that healthiness into your life.
