quality build

The bag itself is built nicely however the top rubber cord tends to be pulled past its 14inch max distance threshold although I can get it back under 14inches by stretching out the bottom cord which seems to remain far under its 54inch stretch threshhold. It's not the biggest deal but I thought I'd mention it. The action on the bag is quick. It's a nice product.
