This belt was giving to me for a Christmas gift. At first I was upset because I got a slimmer belt for X-Mas. I've purchased several slimmer belts before but none from the Boxing Depot. I LOVE this belt. It actually fits around my waist. I'm a big girl with a big stomach. AND when I take the belt off its filled with sweat. A must have if you're trying to lose weight.
