Kutting Weight Sauna Suit
A. I think the 2xl would be the right choice. You'll probably have to cuff the sleeves and pant legs, but the width should feel comfortable.

Mouth Guard
A. Yea that sounds like a smart plan. I always like to have an inexpensive backup just in case I lose my primary mouthguard.

Hey, Iam 59 years old always been athletic looking for a good cardio workout which led me to this site. No intention of boxing but I thought this would be a great workout easy on the knees I don't have any upper body issues ie rotator cuff. Any other "coots" out there who do this? Thanks Bob Permalink

Handwraps
A. No, it is reccomended that you still use bag gloves as the gel wraps are just that, wraps, with gel added to offer better shock dispersion.

Maize Ball
A. This ball is definately NOT for striking. It is meant to practice head movement and coordination. I would say it doesn't weigh more than 10 lbs.
