Hey i am very interested in this suit. I am an ex college football player and I have put on some weight and am looking to cut down to around 165. I am 5'3/ 5'4 about 203. I am looking to lose mad weight in my mid section. What size would I need? I am thinking a Large. I alos have a football build under this weight I have gained.

Hey D. I think the large is going to be your most comfortable choice. The sleeves and pant legs will be long, requiring cuffing. However after you initially drop some of your desired weight you can get a second suit in medium or even small size for continued weight maintenance.

I think the size medium would provide you with a snug fit, while the large would give a little bit more room and flexibility. I would make your decision based on which sounds more comfortable for your training.

Hi Tony. I think the 4xl would be appropriate. Don't be worried about the amount of x's on the size, it's just because these kinds of suits fit tightly.

    Awesome Suit

I've tried many so called sauna suits before usually ending in them tearing or falling apart during a work out.
The Kutting Weight Sauna Suit far surpasses everything in quality and it does work! I have noticed a good drop in weight and I sweat more than ever with it on.. washing it is a breeze and it dries in no time.

Could not be happier and I tell all of my friends if they are in the market for a sauna suit, this one is the one to get!

What size would work better if my stats are 5'11, 215, chest 43, waist 38? Would I be too cramped in a XL size? Please let me know...thanks

Hey JD. I think the XL would probably be fine for you. It will certainly be form fitting though. My guess is that you'd by happy with the 2xl as well if you want a little more room for weight fluctuation.

Kutting Weight Suit Vs. Fighting Suit

    Hello,

I'm trying to lose some weight and I was told to get a kutting weight suit but what is the difference between the kutting weight and fighting suit. I plan on using the suit to do cardio and running so what suit would be best for me.

Hi Teasha. The Kutting Weight suit and Fighting Weight suit found here: ae-ss-2002 are quite similar. The Kutting Weight model is a little higher quality but you also pay a little more. You'd be happy with either I think.

I love my suit, it's very comfortable and great to workout in. And it last long,It's a much better than the Vinylsuit because that one just tears apart after few workout sessions.
I use my suit mostly when im going out for a running session and it keeps you really nice and warm and you can even go out against tough cold winter climates because in this suit, you won't freeze
When it comes to loosing weight, well you loosing a lot of water, so if you need loose to weight quickly then go for it.
But at the same time, the workout sessions gets tougher carring this suit so that your body must work harder and because of that i think you are burning more calories.
But at the end of the it's all about calories in VS Calories out, without a strictly diet you can't archiev your goals

    Milt the FAT

My husband and I purchased two suits and I must say I am extremely satisfied with the investment I made. I live in a condo and don't like working out in the gym. But I feel like I am in a gym in my own home. I weight 278 pounds and had to get a 5x. I usually don't workout and planned to walking 2 miles per day on my treadmill. I didn't sweat at all prior to purchasing my suit and now I use it everyday. I am drenched. I lost 30 pounds in 2 months and my legs are extra smooth. It seems the fat is melting from the outside of my skin leaving a youthful appearance. Oh yeah, I am 54 years old. I don't regret this purchased. Also, because I sweat a lot, I drink a lot of water. It cost a lot and I would buy it again. Your health is well worth the price.

    Size???

Hey! Finally found an item that I have been looking for. I do not have a tape to measure in front of me but I am 6 foot 4 inches tall about 390 lbs, suit size I wear a 64 long with 46 inch waist, will a 5x or 6x be a better fit? will a 5x or 6x be big enough?

    can you fit my size?

My figure is a little different and it is very hard for me to find things that fit me correctly because of that. My measurements are as follows.
    Bust 42 in
    Band 36 in
    aka 36F bra
    waist 36 in
    hip 42 in
    thigh 25 in

Another question that I have is once I loose some weight and need a smaller size is there a discount for the 2nd order? I am not even sure that you have something that would fit my waist hips and bust. Is it possible to take in the sides on a larger suit with out damaging the suite or to have a custom fit made for me? If it is possible for a custom fit from you how much extra would that cost me?

Hi Jade. I think the 2xl would be the most comfortable for you. Due to the material it is not possible for us to make custom fit items. Also, there is no discount for follow up suits needed due to weight loss.

Will wearing this suit help to lose a gut? I currently wear sweat clothes while on a bike machine, but I'm just trying to add on to what I wear while I work out

Yes this suit can help in weight reduction. The real effect of this suit is losing water weight. The material traps heat which causes you to sweat more.

It's important to note that sweating by itself will not maximize weight reduction, you'll have to study and diversify your workout routine too.

That's going to depend on your workout regiment and how much of your body weight is "water weight". Consult a physician about the diabetes matter before starting a significant workout plan.

Hey Jerry. Our best way of measuring size at the moment is with the chart at the bottom of this page. It is based around upper body size. Please check it out!

If you want to sweat, this is it. Well made. Fits great. I ride bikes everyday and enjoy a good sweat. Throw a jacket over this and you can work up a good sweat in a snowstorm. I think it is a great product.

    Wonderful Support

I started using the Kutting Weight Sauna Suit 7/31/2010 and I am very happy I made the purchase. I was at 220lbs when I started and I am still at 220lbs, I like the I feel while working out. It keeps my body warm and loose thru my entire workout. It hasn't helped me loose weight, but I have not gained any weight either.

Hi TBKCG. To get a good idea of what size is best for you, take chest measurements on you and your husband and compare those numbers to the chart at the bottom of the page. best!

    Size?

Hi, I'm 5'7", 165 lbs. w/ a 41" chest, 35" waist what sz. will work for me? According to the sz. chart if I get an XL to fit my chest won't the waist be too loose or should I try the L first? I like it pretty snug, but not stretched too tight.

    TIA

    Amazing suit

I just put it through its paces for the first time today -- worked up an amazing sweat -- felt flexible and strong, got the heartrate way up, and really felt good. One -small- hazard -- I sweated so much onto the treadmill that it got a bit slippery <grin>.

Hey John - you want the suit to be snug. Check out the sizing chart at the bottom of this page to get a more direct sense of sizing, but I'm guessing you could go with the 3x.

Hey Festor. If you can, grab a chest measurement for yourself and then consult the measurements chart at the bottom of this page. That should at least get you in the right ballpark.

If you still aren't sure after that follow up here and we can try to figure out some more clues that might get you the best size possible.

    What size?

I want this to fit snug, and do not want the legs or arms to be loose. I would typically buy an XL, however, in purchasing similar products, they are sometimes loose. I am considering a large, but will it be too tight. I want to be able to wear it under my shorts and shirt during practice and workouts.

Awesome, Awesome, Awwsome!!! I love the suit and it was well worth the money spent. It is very comfortable and really enhances my workouts. I love the way that it hugs the body, but it is not cumbersome or bulky; you hardly realize that you are wearing it. I love it so much that I am buying another one for my brother.

If you're in your own home I'd say go for it. Out in public or the gym it might be smart to throw some shorts on over it, especially because more clothes will help you keep body heat contained (which is the point).

    quality product

Buy this instead of 3 & 4 regualar plastic bag type sauna suits. It's worth it. Will never have to buy other sauna suites again. This is the real deal. I also have the ultimate sauna suite by REAL SAUNA and the Kutting weight suite is better as far as fit which enables you to keep performing at optimum level instead of dealing with a bunch of bulky material. The Realsauna suite eventually ripped inside, just like the cheaper versions.

    Kutting Weight Sauna Suit

I just started a new column on Ringside Report.com where I will be reviewing various products I get from Boxing Depot.com The first one was the Kutting Weight Sauna Suit. My scale goes from 1- 10 and for this suit, I gave it a ten. Great product and to read the entire review you can click here: http://www.ringsidereport.com/?p=1766

Hey 300 - These sauna suits are very effective at helping you lose water weight. That's very useful for dropping a quick pound or two here and there in a hurry - which is great for boxers who are trying to cut weight before a weigh in or a person getting ready for bathing suit season.

If you are trying to lose serious weight, including fat/calories/etc/etc then this will not really help. In fact, some people find that they cannot workout for quite as long when wearing this because it dehydrates you quicker (as per its design).

If you are looking to lose a substantial amount of weight, I would recommend investing in other equipment like jump ropes, weights, boxing equipment, etc.

    Reaction to neoprene

I bought the suit for my wife, she had a reaction ( itching ) after wearing the suit the first time. Has anybody else experienced this?

Yes it is possible to get a contact reaction from neoprene. It's a bit unusual as neoprene was originally an alternative for people allergic to latex, but it can happen.

If other people are wondering about their susceptibility to this, there is an allergy patch test you can get at most allergy centers.

The sizing chart starts at a 32" chest. Will the extra small be too big for me if I have a smaller chest than that?

It was designed to be more comfortable than the plastic alternatives. Of course, all sauna suits are somewhat uncomfortable in the sense that they contain your heat and sweat... but that's what makes them work. Make sure to drink enough so you don't get dehydrated during your workout.
