These sauna suit pants are the perfect combination of effective design and attractive style. As opposed to many other sauna brands, these "Sweat" pants can be comfortably worn out in public or in the gym and contain all the heat-retaining properties that have made sauna training so popular.

These pants help to retain body heat, which in turn induces sweating and the loss of water weight. The material is an elastic neoprene 1.7 mm thick.

This suit has really helped me. I'm buying one as a gift for my trainer - she's slim, 27 inch waist and 47 inch bust. These only come in large, adn I'm not sure what size top to purchase for her. Any ideas?

For the top you may need to go with 2xl just to make sure she is comfortable.

nice

Got them last week. Fit good. Love the pockets, nice idea. I use them for bike riding. They keep your legs real warm and work up a nice sweat. Add the shirt and you can sweat in a snow storm.

Hi Ola. With the 2xl you'll be looking at 32"-42" waist. The 3xl is 34"-44" waist.

These suits generally feature crimped wrists and ankles to prevent heat from escaping. The benefit of these kinds of suits are the general inexpensive and disposable nature they possess.
    Newer are the neoprene suits which are changing the way people use sauna technology. Neoprene hugs the body, thus reducing chances of tearing, and has the added benefit of fitting underneath regular street clothes.     First, check the label or instructions to see if it is machine washable. Some are made to withstand the machine while others are not. If it is not machine washable, simply fill your sink with warm water and a small amount of detergent. After washing, hang out to dry.
