Really does the job. I got mine to form fit cause I don't like things loose. I will admit it is not the easiest to get off after a workout but it is well worth the effort cause you'll enjoy the results. I combine it with the long pants, great combo.

washing the suit

if you wash it in the washing machine what settings do you use and can you put in the dryer???

If you have it, use a delicate cycle and cold wash. You can wash it with other 'delicates'.

It's generally recommended you use hang-dry over a dryer.

what size should i get

my chest is 44 inches should i get the 2 xl that is for 42 to 44 inches or the 3 xl that is for 44 to 46 inches??

is it stretched?

I usually use 4-3XL if this one one is streched? 4x will be better, for normal shirts its always 3XL.

As far as I know they do not do any pre-stretching of the material.

Sizes

I'd like to order this but am uncertain about the size & whether or not the sizes are men's or ladies'. If it helps, I'm an average size female, chest size 36DD. Any idea what size I might order? Thanks in advance.

Hi Laila. The sizes you see are in a general men's size, but you can use the sizing chart at the bottom of the page to get a better idea on which way to go.

Awesome

Works great...high quality product. It is a little hard to get the shirt of after the workout but it is worth it.
Also, service was great when I had to return my original order because I ordered the wrong size. The service representitive that I talked to on the phone was extreamly professional and pleasent.

    A sauna suit helps individuals lose weight, but it is important what kind of weight you are losing.     Nylon and vinyl are the two most tradition materials that are used in the making of sauna suits. These generally have a plastic feel to them and can be worn over top clothing. These suits generally feature crimped wrists and ankles to prevent heat from escaping. The benefit of these kinds of suits are the general inexpensive and disposable nature they possess.
    Newer are the neoprene suits which are changing the way people use sauna technology. Neoprene hugs the body, thus reducing chances of tearing, and has the added benefit of fitting underneath regular street clothes. Although not quite as encompassing as the full body nylon suits, neoprene has been praised for it's comfort and reliability.
