This version of the Super Bag Gloves includes CSI's Gel Shock padding, which helps absorb impact over the knuckles. The padding still includes foam, but they have added the Gel Shock technology particularly over the knuckles. The gloves are constructed of a good looking leather, except for the area under the fingers. This material gives you the ability to easily clutch the gloves during bag work, helping you make a fist while striking. The wrist support has an elastic portion (on the under side of the glove), but is secured with a hook and loop strap.

Other thinner gloves are great for speed bags and fast bags as they are lighter and quicker.
