With this set you can get a complete workout not only for boxing but also for a wide variety of other martial arts. The bag in this set is made from durable Everhide and filled with layers of high-density foam which will help to protect your hands from the damaging effects of repeated, jarring impacts. The bag can also be attached at both ends which will help to reduce swaying. This set also includes bag gloves, hand wraps, zinc plated steel chains, a jump rope, "S" hooks and mounting brackets for the floor and ceiling. Available in 40 or 60 lb weights.
