Get a complete workout without leaving the house. Stations are available for Heavy Bags, Double-End Bags, and a Reflex Bag. Includes an adjustable Middleweight Speed Bag Platform (bags themselves are sold separately).
Completely free standing. Heavy-duty 11 gauge and 14 gauge steel construction provides stability and strength. Adjustable from 6'5" to 7'9" tall and is 5'4" wide. Speed bag platform adjusts to as low as 4'10" for juniors.
