I have the 70lb version of this bag at home. Easily beats any of the bags we have at our gym. Amazing feel when hitting great for thick or thin gloves. Not too hard nor is it too soft. Highly recommended.  Permalink

Very solid bag. No sand to worry about, and bends enough when doing side kicks and hooks to the body of the bag. You really need to get the right gloves for your style. With boxing and kick boxing you will need a medium to heavy set of bag gloves. Something you can feel your first two knuckles with. With MMA you need some 4oz, fingerless gloves. Getting used to crappling and punching with your fingers exposed. ALWAYS keep your wrists tightly covered when training on a heavy bag, even if you do workouts to build up your wrists strength! Hurting your wrists is much worse then hurting your knuckles!  Permalink
