Returns and Exchanges Policy

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). To obtain a RMA number, please call customer service at 1-877-221-9683 or email the customer service department . It's quick and easy to get an RMA number, but without one your return will likely not be processed.


You may return any item for refund/credit or exchange for any reason if it is in "resalable" condition within 120 days. (This policy does not apply to video tapes, books, or custom made items.) This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use of our products. Use of our products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured also nullifies this warranty. Please call 1-877-221-9683 or email our customer service department if you have any questions or concerns regarding our warranty policy.


It is recommended that you send all returns back via UPS Ground. Send your package insured and postage paid. There will be no credits or refunds for return shipping charges. If you request that we replace or exchange an item you will be responsible for paying the re-shipping charges.
