Which credit cards does accept?

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can, as long as the item has not been shipped. If you do receive an order that was canceled, accept delivery of the item and call the Customer Service Center for return instructions.

I canceled my order but I haven't received a credit yet. How long do credits take?
We submit all requests for credits within 1 business day of receipt; however, it may take 7-10 business days for you to receive your credit. You should see this on your next credit card statement or the following one, depending on where you are in your billing cycle. Keep in mind you can also request a store credit for future orders.

What happens if the item I ordered is not available?
Our vendors ship products before the estimated delivery in the vast majority of cases. On occasion, however, an order may be delayed due to availability or other circumstances. In the unlikely event there is a change or delay in filling your order, we will try to notify you via phone, postal mail or email. We know that this can be inconvenient, and we will offer you one of the following alternatives as appropriate to your situation:

If a size is not available we can send out the next size up to replace it unless specified by the customer not to do this.

Offer an ALTERNATE selection of equal or greater value.

Offer a BACKORDER and new estimated delivery. You can wait for the new delivery date, or cancel for a full refund at any time prior to shipment.

CANCEL your order. We constantly update our computer system with new information from our vendors. On rare occasions new circumstances come to our attention after the placement of your order. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel your order for a full refund at any time.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders take 1-2 days to process and the standard shipping time for orders shipped via UPS ground is 5-8 days, and Priority Mail is 2-3 days. .

Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes! When you place your order and come to the Check Out screen, just replace your address with the address you want to ship your merchandise to, then continue (note: Your credit card billing adresss must be a verified address and match the one on file with your credit card company.)

How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges vary according to product type, size and destination.

What is the procedure for an international order?
Just place the order. We will get back to you the same or next business day with an exact shipping cost. You will then have the option of accepting or voiding the order. We will require a faxed copy of the credit card used for any order being shipped outside the United States. This is to ensure that the card is physically in your possession, to reduce fraud. Recipient is responsible for all customs, clearing and other fees involved with shipping internationally.

What items cannot be shipped internationally?
We cannot shipping heavy or overly large items such as punching bags and stretching equipment internationally. We do not ship swords internationally. The only martial arts weapons we can ship internationally are ActionFlex padded weapons.

I'm in the military and stationed overseas. Can you ship to an APO and how much will it cost me?
Yes, we can ship to a APO. We will ship to military locations via USPS Priority Mail for the flat $2.95 shipping offer.
