Returns

We will accept all returns of new-condition (unused, unwashed and unaltered) merchandise, except music or other CDs within 30 days of your receipt of them. A full refund, minus our actual ship price (which is always more than $2.95) will be tendered, or a replacement can be requested. If a replacement is requested you are responsible for shipping the package back to us, but will only be charged $2.95 for the return shipment. If the exchange is a result of a shipping error, we will ship a replacement ground at our expense.

Packaging must be returned intact and the unit's box must be covered and kept in new-condition. Putting labels on or otherwise damaging or allowing damage to occur to the packaging will result in forfeiture of refund or replacement for that item. If the return cannot be accepted the items will only be shipped back to the customer at the customer's cost.

Holiday shipping
Shipping options apply to in-stock items shipped to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous states. Delivery times are based on available information and are not guaranteed by BoxingDepot.com.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Orders ship within 2-4 business days. You can select Ground, 2nd day or Next Day Air. Ground shipping takes up to 5 business days, depending on location.
If you need your order urgently, please select 2nd or Next Day Air and include in your special instructions the date you need the order by. If your selected shipping method will not reach you by that date a customer service agent will contact you.
Ground shipping is $2.95 per order (no matter how many items you order)
$2.95 Ground Shipping offer: Applies only for standard ground shipping. Entire order must be shipped to a single address. Only applies to orders to be shipped to a valid address in the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Not available for shipments to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes. Customer responsible for all shipping costs for returned merchandise. Offer is only valid while supplies last. This promotion may be modified or terminated at any time without notice.
Sales Tax -- NY only
Sales Tax is only collected for residents of New York state. Sales tax of 8.375% is collected for New York residents.

I need to upgrade shipping, is that possible?
Yes, it almost always is. Email Customer Support with your order number or your zip code and a list of the items you are interested in and we will respond with exact shipping quotes for quicker UPS delivery.

What is the procedure for an international order?
Just place the order. We will get back to you the same or next business day with an exact shipping cost. You will then have the option of accepting or voiding the order. We will require a faxed copy of the credit card used for any order being shipped outside the United States
Recipient is responsible for all customs, clearing and other fees involved with shipping internationally.

My country isn't on the shipped list.
We cannot ship to all countries. If you country isn't on the list, please do not place an order as we will not ship the order.

Is special verification required for international orders?
Yes. Proof that the physical card is yours and is in your possession will be required before international orders ship.
I'm in the military and stationed overseas. Can you ship to an APO and how much will it cost me?
Yes, we can ship to a APO. We will ship to military locations via USPS Priority Mail for the flat $2.95 shipping offer.
We will not ship punching bags or other oversize items to any overseas destination

Are there shipping surcharges for large or heavy items, such as heavy bags or heavy bag stands?
No, there are not.
How can I request print catalog?
We do not publish a full catalog.
