For a lot of people one-sided mouth pieces are enough, but if you suspect you'll be getting hit rather frequently in the mouth, it's a good choice to spring for the double. The great thing about this guard is how inexpensive it is. If you happen to lose it, you can always get more.  Permalink

I bought this mouthgard because me and my friends just do backyard boxing for fun. Its very comfortable and easy to breath with. For boxers who aren't very serious, this is a great mouth guard.  Permalink
