Featuring the 70 lb Powerhide Heavy Bag built out of extremely durable material and featuring soft fill that provides great response while preventing injury. The bag is augmented with traditional bag gloves and Mexican style hand wrap to ensure protection for the hands while punching. Finally the set is topped off with a plastic jump rope to enhance the cardio and coordination aspects of your workout.
