heavy bag sliding track

Hi I'm in the process of building a home gym. The owner wants to be able to slide his heavy bag back and forth about 6'. Does anyone know where I can find a track that the bag can slide on and can be locked into place? Permalink

Nevatear Heavy Bag
A. You'd be set with 100lbs, or even heavier. We do occasionally carry heavier than 100 but I do not believe we have any in stock at the moment.

A. I think you would be in good shape with a 70 or 80lb bag. 70 would provide more swing, requiring more footwork.

Kutting Weight Sauna Suit
A. I think the 2xl would be the right choice. You'll probably have to cuff the sleeves and pant legs, but the width should feel comfortable.

Hmm, that's an interesting home gym idea Dan! Unfortunately I don't know of any equipment pieces that are premade for that sort of thing. You might have to get home-depot-creative.

Yes but I would recommend using concrete screws in place of the ones supplied.

Handwraps
A. No, it is reccomended that you still use bag gloves as the gel wraps are just that, wraps, with gel added to offer better shock dispersion.

Maize Ball
A. This ball is definately NOT for striking. It is meant to practice head movement and coordination. I would say it doesn't weigh more than 10 lbs.
