junk, for some reason everlast thought a plastic tightener would be sufficient for holding an 80lb bag. Though packaging states that it can hold up to 200lbs...HAHAAAA thats a joke, don't buy Permalink

Shed???

Hey i was going to start a boxing workout and i was just wondering would i be able to hang this to the middle beam of the shed my shed is only small but would this be ideal? Permalink

What kind of mount or hanger should I use?

The kind of wall mount or ceiling hanger that is right for you will greatly depend on the location and structure you wish to hang it up on. Many homes are constructed with wooden beams that are covered by drywall. If you have one of these typical homes then you will need a wooden beam ceiling hanger.
However, you may want to hang the bag up in your basement, garage, or at a gym. In those circumstances you may find metal beams instead of wood. Naturally these are not as easy to drill in to, so you may want to use an I-beam hanger instead. These will fasten around the metal as opposed to wood beam hangers that drill right into the material.
Should you deem your ceiling unfit or inconvenient for hanging, you have the option of buying a wall mount which screws into the wood studs in your wall.
