You may return any item for refund/credit or exchange for any reason if it is in "resalable" condition within 120 days. (This policy does not apply to video tapes, books, or custom made items.) This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use of our products. Return/Exchange Form on the back of the invoice that accompanied your order describing the reason for your return and the action you would like taken. This
