Answer to: hi what's your thoughts about the above for a little lady hitting punching mitts?? only 14 oz in leather...been advised . . .
Training Gloves

It should not make much of a difference, besides maybe feeling a little more fatigue for the 1st few uses. It's only a 2 oz difference in each glove, but it can add up, and improve your workout efficiency.

Answer to: Whats the difference between this and the beaded jumprope? Does one swing faster or more evenly? Which is better for . . .
Harbinger Weighted Jump Rope

This jump rope will swing faster than a beaded one. I prefer this style, while some prefer beaded, maybe due to the weight? My personal preference and recommendation is to go with this one for a real workout.

Answer to: the pole on this looks really thin, is this thing prone to breaking?
Free Standing Heavy Punching Bag

No, the pole will not break. It is very durable, and the bag is not overly heavy, as to not strain the pole. It is built with quality materials.

Answer to: Would these gloves be suitable to use with focus mits for fitness work. They are for a football club pre-season . . .
Bag Gloves

That would depend on the athlete, age, weight, etc.. and the coach, but i would not recommend them personally for anything other than bag work. The coach holding the mitts will almost surely regret doing so if the athlete punching has any sort of pop to his punches.

Answer to: Up to what age do the Little Tyke Boxing Gloves fit?
Little Tyke Boxing Gloves

That all depends on the size and skill of the boxer. I would say, as a rough guess, 11 or 12 maybe.

Answer to: I'm looking to get a back to vent some frustration, but I don't know what to get.
I'm about . . .
70lb. Leather Punching Bag

I would even go higher and reccomend a 150 lb bag. I like to be able to stand and crank shots as hard as possble without the bag flying all over, and if you want to "vent frustration" i would assume that is the way you'd like to do it as well!
