The owner of the company contacted me by email and got the correct swivel to me quickly. Now that I've had a chance to use it I think it is a good value. If you can get by with a stationary unit then this is a good choice. Easy to hang on the wall, nice rebound on the bag; exactly what I wanted.

I ordered this and it arrived in a beat up box minus the swivel. I called and was told the swivel would ship in 2 days; a week later I inquired again and was told to contact Everlast for the swivel. Since they sell the EZ lock swivel I nicely asked that they send it to me rather than making me deal with another company. They then shipped the cheapest plastic S swivel they sell in place of the one promised. A $9 swivel instead of a $20 one; some deal. Some of the worst customer service I've ever had; my business will go elsewhere.   Permalink
