I have this exact bag and it's great. Not much to say on it aside from the product description. I have the 100lb version. If you can't find it at your local sporting goods store, but it here. The prices reflect that of the stores.

I have a couple pairs of handwraps, and essentially they all do the same thing, it's up to you on if they work correctly or not since you or your trainer are putting them on. I however trust the Lonsdale name, and their products are top notch. These handwraps are just like other brands, they are long and have thumb loops and velcro closure. If you are particular to the Lonsdale brand like me, you'll like these wraps. They are affordable and work like a charm.  Permalink

These gloves reflect those in their price range. I would recommend them for a beginner, but eventually you'll want to get leather gloves. They are easy on and easy off, it takes a bit of practice to get them just right though, once you have on your other glove you gotta use your teeth. Much easier than having to try to tie laces with your teeth though hahah!  Permalink
