Great wraps

EverGel Glove Wraps

Like some others have said, if you don't have the time for conventional handwraps, or if you're not great at wrapping your own hands, these are a great substitute. Good wrist support and padding, and mine have held up well with light to moderate use. I've used them while working on the speedbag and under my regular gloves for heavy bag work (remember people, these are handwraps, not bag gloves) and while I do still prefer to wear traditional handwraps under my gloves for heavy bag work, these always work in a pinch and are definitely timesavers when that's an issue.

Great for use in smaller gyms and for those on the move

Everlast Ring Timer

This is an all-round great product. The sound is loud enough that it could carry through a small gym, and the available intervals and time lengths should be able to accomodate nearly any training schedule.

I think my favorite thing is probably the portability. Obviously, you can take it anywhere. I use it with my home set-up, take it to friends houses when we want to train, and even to the gym in case we need it there. For $20, this is probably one of the best training aids out there.

Excellent mitts

Boxing Mantis Mitts

Like the product page notes, these mitts are great for beginners. A comfortable fit, great padding, and the lack of a handstrap on the back make them easy to put on and take off without assistance. I have put these to almost daily use since I got them, and they aren't showing any significant signs of wear and tear, they hold up great.

A solid pair of shorts

OmniStrike Board Shorts

Never having tried a pair of Everlast shorts before, I picked up the OmniStrike Board Shorts. They're a solid pair of shorts. Those familiar with other brands of shorts commonly used in MMA will notice that the material of these shorts is different than what you might be used to, but the shorts do allow for good flexibility and overall movement.

As I am not a fighter myself, I can't attest to how well they would stay in place and perform during a fight, but for what I put them through with some boxing training and light rolling for some no gi BJJ, they did great.

As far as looks go, the embroidery on the shorts is sharp and you don't have to worry about the logos rubbing off. For anyone that trains, even casually, they're definitely worth the price.

An excellent pair of gloves.

Professional Lace-up Sparring Gloves

I recently got a pair of the Lonsdale gloves for a fighter I represent, former boxer and current professional MMA fighter, Rob Nickerson. Here is what Nickerson had to say about the gloves.

"The Lonsdale gloves are an excellent cross training glove. After using them for weeks I can with confidence say they are one of the best gloves I have ever used. Not only are they a good boxing glove but I am able to use them for big glove mma sparring and compared to other gloves I have used the Lonsdale gloves allow for better palm use during takedowns. These are a well constructed glove that I use on a daily basis, sometimes twice a day and hold up well to the rigors of my training."
