Hey guys i am a huge Boxing fan and I have started going to a gym called the Griphouse for the last 2 months to do Boxing. The gym does Muay Thai and MMA but my passion is Boxing and i do 2 classes a week as a hobby. I never miss a fight on tv, not just big PPV fights, i watch just about everyone. I have signed up to this website and hope to get a good pair of quality gloves soon when i have the money in the next few weeks. The prices on here seem very good compared to other sites but i am having a problem judging which gloves to pick up due to my small hand size and there are no measurements of hand length or width, just a weight as in 12oz
Size
Protex 2 Gel Sparring Gloves

The Everlast Protex 2 Training Gloves come in 2 size options small/medium or large/extra large. Do these only come in the large version. I can't decide on which gloves to get between these or the protex 2 gloves.

Great Fit

Shock Doctor Pro Strapless

I use a shock Doctor for sparring and it is absolutely fantastic.

I used to buy the cheap mouth guards that cost $2 and I always felt like they were choking me and causing me more problems than my sparring partner, as soon as I fit the Shock Doctor to my mouth it felt like it was just meant to be there, no choking or uncomfortable feeling when sparring or working out with it in.

If you are someone who buys they cheap ones because you hate wearing a mouth guard and don't see the point in spending the money for a Shock Doctor (which is still not expensive) then please give this brand a try, it will be worth your money.

Small Hand Size
Protex2 Training Gloves

Hey guys, first of all i must say you have one of the lowest price rates on the net for these gloves so that is great. Your price seems very reasonable. I found out about you on youtube through a Boxing Glove review channel.

My main problem i am having with selecting a pair of gloves is size. I have relatively small hands for my age (22) so i am worried about getting a pair of gloves that my hands move around in too much. I like a tight compact fit that feels made for my hand. None of the gloves i see online ever have a hand size that details the size in length width ect and inches they only ever give the weight of the glove and in some cases they have small or large but no indication of how small, small is and how large, large is.

My hand size in inches is this

From tip pf fingers to start of the wrist ( 7.5 inch )
Around palm, just under knuckles ( 8 inch )

what do you recommend i do. These gloves are the ones i am most interested in just now but i would also like Fairtex, but may i just ask one more question. Can the Fairtex gloves be used for Boxing or just Muay Thai ?
