Pretty Good

Fighting Sports Slip-N-Move Wallmount Hanger

The Slip N Move Wall Mount Hanger thus far has been decent. I have owned one for about 2 months now and so far it has done its duty. I have a 120lbs punching bag attached and the Slip N Move is attached to studs in my garage wall.

The cons that I have with the system is the price. When I received it, I noticed it is only a hunk of metal welded together and powder coated. Yes you may say "that's what it is dummy", but if you order one you will see a high school student could have built it. Not worth $120. Worth more like $60.

The other is when I received the package, it was packaged poorly as pieces of the metal was protruding out. The other thing was that there were no hardware that came along with it. I had to go to Lowes and get some heavy duty hardware. And the instructions weren't very helpful either.

I suggest if you are going to get one make sure you reinforce the wall with some hardwood. I used a 3/4 inch 4x4 sheet of hardwood purchased at the local hardware store for about 10 bucks. It will give it more support if you are not hanging it in concrete.

the description says it has a 200lbs max weight limit, but I would say its more like 150lbs since my 120lbs bag pulls the boom downwards quite a bit. Whatever, it works.

Overall, with a little imagination, once the Slip N Move was mounted it did its job.

I would suggest this to a friend if the circumstances were right
